Considerations

Our relaxing atmosphere is designed for adults. Please understand that we cannot accommodate children during your service/treatment. We would need to reschedule your appointment for another time.

When receiving a massage/body treatment, you will be professionally draped. However, you may want to bring a bathing suit.

If you are requesting specific professionals, we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to their availability.

Please try to be prompt for you appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will gladly reschedule you or offer you a shorter service.

To insure availability of your preferred appointment time, we recommend that you schedule your next visit before you leave.

All prices/hours are subject to change without notice.

All Spa Packages include complimentary refreshments.

Catering, Lodging, and Limo Services may be accommodated.

Please keep your belongings with you at all times.We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal articles.

Should a cancellation be necessary, please call 24 hours in advance for a single service and 48 hours in advance for multiple services. If notification is not received within those time frames, we will have to charge a cancellation fee. If you fail to arrive for you appointment a charge will be incurred.

Gratuities are not included in the cost of the services or spa packages.

No smoking is permitted in our enviroment.

Gift certificates always available. All certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at the time of service. Nontransferable. No refunds.
